These delivery terms are effective from 2.6.2020.

The store sells products to adults only. Prices do not include value-added tax; VAT will be calculated at the checkout for deliveries. We reserve the right to change prices and delivery costs.

Ordering

Products are ordered in the online store by adding them to the shopping cart and paying for the contents through the online payment service. All customer information is handled confidentially. The contact information requested during the order is used solely for delivery purposes or to clarify any issues related to the order, unless otherwise specified. By ordering from the online store, you are expected to have read and agreed to the currently valid delivery terms.

Payment Service Provider

The payment service is provided by Paytrail Oyj (2122839-7) in collaboration with Finnish banks and financial institutions. Paytrail Oyj will appear as the payee on your bank statement or card bill and will forward the payment to the merchant. Paytrail Oyj holds a payment institution license. In case of complaints, please contact the product supplier first.

Order and Payment Confirmation

Once we have received your order, we will immediately send you an email confirmation containing your order details. Always check the content of the order confirmation. If you have any questions, please contact our customer service immediately. Save the order confirmation in case you need to contact customer service. When dealing with customer service, always have your customer number and order number available. Always check that the contents of the package match the products listed in the order confirmation.

Delivery Methods and Costs

Delivery costs include postage and packaging fees. We will provide an estimate of the upcoming delivery costs in the shopping cart based on the primary delivery method used. You can see the exact delivery costs once you have selected your preferred payment and delivery options for the order. Available delivery methods depend on the contents and total weight of the shopping cart. You can choose the delivery option that suits you best at checkout, where the exact delivery cost will be displayed.

Delivery Time

Our common delivery times to Finland vary depending on the order and delivery method. Exceptions to the estimated delivery times will be indicated if there are out-of-stock items in the shopping cart, and we will also notify you of any possible delays immediately after placing the order.

We are not responsible for delays caused by force majeure or any indirect damages resulting from delays. The online store will inform its customers about any exceptional delivery times on its website.

Return Policy

Right of withdrawal
You have the right to cancel this agreement within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period ends within 14 days starting from the day you received the last shipment, or in the case of downloadable products, from the moment you received the order.

In order to exercise the right of withdrawal, you must notify us of your decision to cancel the agreement in an unambiguous way (for example, by mail or by email). You can also use our printable return form, but its use is not mandatory.

To comply with the deadline for withdrawal, it is sufficient that you submit your notice of cancellation before the end of the withdrawal period.

Effects of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.

You must return the goods without delay and no later than 14 days after informing us about your decision to withdraw from the contract. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired.

Our products have a 14-day return policy.
Consumers have the right to return products within 14 days of receipt. The item to be returned must be unused and in its original packaging. The right of return does not apply to opened or used products.
Please note that the return policy does not apply to transactions between businesses.

Unclaimed Package

Failure to collect a package is not the same as a return or cancellation. We will charge for delivery costs for an unclaimed package if no separate cancellation notice has been made.

Issues

If a product is lost or damaged during transport or does not otherwise match your order, you must report the error in writing to the address mentioned in the Return Rights and Return Policy section within 14 days. If the package is clearly damaged during transport, you must immediately file a complaint with the carrier of your chosen delivery method.
