The Hatch Base uses a \u003ca href=\"\/products\/blueboat-spares\"\u003efoam O-ring\u003c\/a\u003e to seal to the hull and is held in place with the included backing plate and hardware. It’s symmetric and identical on the port and starboard sides of the boat, so you’ll need two of these for a pair of hulls.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThe Hatch Base is designed to fit the cutout on the top of the \u003ca href=\"\/products\/blueboat-hulls\"\u003eBlueBoat hull\u003c\/a\u003e, but you can also cut the same shape in other USV hulls or containers to install the hatch!
