The ROV can hold a steady camera view regardless of what’s going on. This stability control is really useful when you’ve attached large or multiple payloads to the ROV, such as sonars or a gripper, or when you’ve got a lot of tether in the water. The control system automatically corrects any unusual dynamics or imbalances.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eFull six degree-of-freedom control for the BlueROV2 unlocks new maneuvering capabilities not usually found in ROVs of this size. Combining that with feedback-based stability control, you can orient the ROV in any position, hold that orientation, and continue piloting normally.
